something not working.
I know it can be frustrating when something isn’t working like expected. To make sure that it can be looked at in a timely fashion their are some key pieces of information that will ensure issues are resolved.
1 - What device, or exact location of issue
2 - Describe the issue in detail. Please provide as many details as possible. What time it started, error messages, what was happening when this started, has this happened before?
Note: “Its not working” does not describe the issue.
3 - What troubleshooting have you tried, this is a key part as you are the end user. Please list exact steps as well as the specifics that resulted from your troubleshooting.
Example: Checked all the cables and pressed the power button and it did not power on.
